We offer Canada Wide-shipping. Free shipping on orders of $125 or more. We ship all orders ASAP, usually within 2-4 business days. 

We offer local delivery and local pickup to all our Cumberland residents. Our delivery team will hop on their bikes and delivery your order to your door. If it's not a nice day, don't worry, a parent will assist them with a vehicle.

Original order shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order. This includes adding discounts to your order. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made and we will do our best, but can not guarantee the error will be fixed before shipping.

All items are inspected before being shipped, however we are humans running a small family business and mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
