Returns and Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. Unfortunately, we do not accept refunds on gift cards. Christmas gift returns must be completed on or before Jan 8th. Items must remain in brand new, resalable condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Wrong size? or don't like it? put it back in its original packaging right away. For shipping returns, you pay the cost to send the item(s) back to us & we will pay the cost to send you the replacement item(s).

Discount/Sale items listed are eligible for exchange only. Discount/Sale prices can not be added to exchanges- e.g. If an item goes on sale/discount after purchase that you want to exchange, you do not get the new discounted price when exchanging.

Original order shipping charges are non-refundable. We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout. Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order. This includes adding discounts to your order. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made and we will do our best, but can not guarantee the error will be fixed before shipping.

All items are inspected before being shipped, however we are humans running a small family business and mistakes can happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or
credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at dodgecityoriginals@gmail.com.
